  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process including sourcing, screening, and scheduling interviews.
  • Post job openings on various job portals and social media platforms.
  • Coordinate with department heads to understand hiring requirements and workforce needs.
  • Maintain candidate databases and employee records accurately.
  • Conduct initial HR interviews and assist with onboarding activities.
